Carne Asada Recipe

Squeeze lime juice all over surfaces of meat. Place steaks on a grill over a hot charcoal fire or under broiler. Grill 4 minutes, turn meat and cook another 3-4 minutes to medium rare. While steaks are still cooking, warm tortillas and salsa.
Divide cheese evenly on top of steaks. Cut each steak in half. Serve each portion of steak with a tortilla and salsa.
