Cold Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe

Spread 1 teaspoon yogurt on each of 4 slices rye bread. Divide sliced turkey among tops of bread slices. Spoon 1/3 cup of sweet and sour red cabbage on each sandwich, top with remaining bread.
