Meat Loaf Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except catsup, mix well with your hands. Turn meat mixture onto foil in pan, and shape it into a loaf 4 1/2 inches wide. 2 1/2 inches high, and 8 inches long. With a knife, make a crisscross pattern across the top. Drizzle catsup across the top. Cover meat loaf with a tent of foil that does not touch the top. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil cover and bake uncovered another 30 minutes. Remove meat loaf from pan and cool 5 minutes before slicing. If serving hot, slice into 3/4-inch slices. If chilled, cut half as thick and double the number of slices per serving.
