Pork Chops with Apples Recipe
submitted by: Marcie
Heat margarine in a large nonstick skillet. Add apples; sauté until tender but not mushy. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Remove apples to serving plate.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sauté in liquid from apples until almost cooked, turning to brown both sides. Cook until chops are done, about 10 minutes. Don't overcook, as chops will become rubbery.
Serve apples over chops.
